This retreat takes place on a private 62-acre farm in upstate New York, surrounded by forest, open land, and fresh air. The setting is quiet, spacious, and intentionally designed to support rest, movement, and nervous-system regulation.
The land itself invites you to slow down — to step outside, breathe deeply, and reconnect with a more natural rhythm.
Accommodations
Guests will stay in a beautiful farmhouse with 13 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The layout offers a mix of private and shared rooms, allowing for both personal space and shared connection.
The retreat is intentionally capped to preserve a sense of ease, intimacy, and spaciousness.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll have full access to both indoor and outdoor spaces designed to support movement, rest, and play, including:
A light-filled movement studio for yoga and group practices
A gym and massage room

Fire pit for evening gatherings
All meals will be prepared on site in a commercial kitchen, using simple, nourishing ingredients, with a focus on comfort, nourishment, and shared meals rather than anything overly formal.

Immersive Nature Setting

Movement, Rest & Spacious Time
Daily yoga and mindful movement are paired with plenty of unstructured time to rest, wander, sauna, swim, or simply do nothing at all. The schedule is intentionally spacious and supportive.

Enjoy brunch and dinner each day, prepared on-site using simple, locally sourced ingredients. Meals are served family-style and designed to be comforting, satisfying, and easy to digest.

The farm offers a mix of private and shared bedrooms, each with its own dedicated bathroom. Rooms vary in size and bed configuration, allowing guests to choose the level of privacy and comfort that feels best for them.
Private Rooms
Private rooms are priced per room and may be reserved by one guest or shared by two people at no additional cost.
Private King Room – $3,450 per room
Private Queen Room – $3,200 per room
Shared Rooms
Shared rooms are priced per person and include your own bed. Shared rooms are intentionally limited to maintain comfort and spaciousness.
Shared Room – $2,175 per person

There are no additional retreat fees beyond your room selection.
Room Assignment Process
After reviewing the room layout and bed configurations, you’ll select your preferred room option. Rooms are assigned on a first-come basis based on completed registration and deposit. There will be a $500 deposit-
Some rooms offer flexible bed setups (king or twin configuration). Final bed arrangements will be confirmed prior to arrival.
If your first-choice room is no longer available, we’ll reach out with the closest alternative.

Deposit & Payment Schedule
A $500 deposit/person is required to reserve your spot on the retreat. Your registration is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Payment Timeline
$500 deposit due at registration
50% of the remaining balance due by May 1
Final balance due by August 1
Refund Policy
The $500 deposit is fully refundable if the retreat is canceled by the hosts for any reason.
The deposit becomes non-refundable after May 1, as we commit to the venue, food, and staffing at that time.
If the retreat does not meet minimum enrollment and must be canceled, all payments will be fully refunded, including the deposit.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
A Note on Shared Spaces
This retreat is designed to feel comfortable, grounded, and well-supported. Shared rooms are thoughtfully arranged, never overcrowded, and are a great option for those who enjoy connection while still having personal space.

Albany International Airport (ALB) – ~1.75 hours
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) – ~2 hours
Stewart International Airport typically offers the easiest arrival and shortest drive.
Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from the retreat.
