ANDI PALLADINO
For students. For teachers. For the practice.
Welcome
I’m Andi.
I’ve been teaching yoga for over 15 years and practicing massage just as long. My path into this work wasn’t academic or linear — it was lived. I spent years navigating anxiety, dissociation, and raising my son as a single mom, and trying to find a place where I felt present and real.
Yoga was the only time I felt alive in my body.
It was the doorway back into myself.
It taught me how to stay, how to breathe, and how to feel again.
As I moved from teaching to mentoring and eventually training teachers, I noticed something that shaped everything I do now: most yoga classes focus on poses, but very few teach people how to actually feel themselves. Cueing shapes isn’t the same as guiding someone inward.
What changed my life — and what consistently transforms my students — is the experience of being guided from the inside out.
My work today reflects all the worlds I move in:
I teach weekly classes.
I lead retreats that blend movement, nervous system work, and real human connection.
I run and manage programs at Melt Yoga Studio.
I bring yoga, meditation, and embodiment into corporate spaces..
And I raise my son — the role that has shaped me as deeply as any training.
Out of all of this came The Embodiment Lab — a hub where yoga teachers learn to create meaningful experiences for their students using embodied cueing, intelligent sequencing, and nervous system awareness. The heart of it is simple: helping teachers grow just as much as the people they guide.
This is the work that changed me.
This is the work I teach.
And this is the work I believe can change the way we practice — and teach — yoga.
